Toilet Brush:
Cup in concrete and brush in birchwood with durable polypropylene bristles.
By adding a small addition of polymer the concrete becomes elastic and pliable. It's not so soft that it can be bent, it’s still a stone material but has a pleasant feeling to it - warm, smooth and comfortable. It contains no environmentally harmful substances. The products are moulded by hand in a small foundry outside of Stockholm. The concrete is cast of a relatively viscous mass that causes the surface to receive a varying smoothness and colour variations occur.
Toilet Roll Holder:
Crafted from soft concrete and beechwood. Soft concrete is an innovative material made by including a small addition of polymers, and as a result the concrete becomes elastic and pliable. It contains no environmentally harmful substances. Moulded by hand in a small foundry outside of Stockholm, the soft concrete retains the characteristics of a resilient stone material, but with a smooth, pleasant feel to it. Varying smoothness and colour variations occur on the surface of this concrete, due to the irregularities of the crafting technique, which add to the vibrant and unique expression in each piece.
